This is what Kevin Langley, Site Engineer at Alumasc Precision’s Burton Latimer premises has to say on  the level of service received:

“Midland Fork Lifts always provide a good service. It is easy to talk with the office staff and I have built a great rapport with the entire team at Midlands. I find that the team are always helpful, when a forklift needs attention, Midland will go the extra mile to make sure we are seen to by an engineer; usually within a day.

I inherited the company along with my role as Site Engineer, and what has been most important to me is the good relationship that I have built with them. Phone conversations are always polite and the personable approach that I always get ensures a great rapport is built. When an engineer is onsite, they are always more than happy to help out with any additional queries that I have.

Ultimately I can say that I have never had any problems, the company is like a family, I can honestly say that there is not one person that I am unhappy with dealing with”
